The following article was sent out to all employees on the IDS Portsmouth campus late last night, so that it would appear in their inboxes when they arrived at work today. (This info was also included in last week's special edition of IDS News, published by Human Resources and Communications): REWHC TO SPONSOR LUNCHTIME WALK OPEN TO ALL EMPLOYEES! The Raytheon Employees Wildlife Habitat Committee (REWHC) will be sponsoring regularly scheduled lunchtime walks along the nature trails on the Portsmouth campus beginning today (Wednesday, Sept. 25). The walks will be held every two weeks while the weather holds up, once a month during the extreme winter months, and then back to every other week in the spring. Today's walk will be led by REWHC Trail Steward Harry Mutter. Harry will lead walkers down the .36-mile Woodland Wander Trail and tell them the story of the emerging forest. If you would like to be a part of this walk, meet at the head of the Tower Trail (just behind the water tower) at noon. The walk is expected to last 45 minutes. For more information, contact Harry at ext. 3703. And be sure to visit REWHC's web site at http://www.rewhc.org to download a trail map and view photos of the wildlife you will find on the trails.
